What’s in store for Harmony in 2019

2019 is shaping up to be another big year for Harmony!

It will be a hive of activity on site with many homes due for completion in the next few months and new residents starting to build their dream homes. We’re also working hard to produce more blocks of land given the unprecedented demand we’ve experienced so far, with our community expected to continuing growing over the next few months.

As part of welcoming new residents to Harmony, we’re planning to host a range of events, including more Long Table Dinners that will encourage our new residents to meet their neighbours and develop lifelong friendships, as well as more Harmony Nights events and special days throughout the year.

In construction news, the second phase of Harmony’s Grand Linear Park   – the first of its kind in Queensland – is also set to open later this year, as well as the first phase of our District Sports Park which include three multi-use sporting fields and clubhouse facilities. Harmony’s Greenwall Parklands – a 1.6-kilometre walking and bike pathway will also open in late 2019 and be the perfect spot for a morning walk with the dog or a weekend bike ride with the kids.

We are also thrilled to announce AVID will continue its partnership with the Sunshine Coast Lightning, continuing its support for the two-time premiership winning team. Here at Harmony we are committed to supporting local sporting clubs and events that bring people together, with community spirit such an important part of life at Harmony. Who knows, maybe the Lightning could secure a third premiership?
