Aveo joins Harmony

July 14, 2023

Leading retirement living operator, Aveo Group, is joining the Harmony community, with a $60 million development officially announced late last month.

Aveo Palmview is set to provide 138 independent living units for more than 200 seniors once complete.

Construction has commenced and will be completed in five stages. The development will feature two and three-bedroom independent living units, with the first 63 units planned for completion by FY19/20.

Major $60m facility approved for Sunshine Coast

The Sunshine Coast Council has approved the 138-unit village, Aveo Palmview as part of the $3 billion Harmony housing development by Avid Property Group.
