Keeping Harmony Safe in case of an Emergency

As the bushfire season approaches, we would like to provide up to date information in relation to the secondary emergency access to and from the Harmony Community.

In the event of an emergency such as bushfires, we all need to follow instructions from the QFES or QPS who will direct us to the safest routes and evacuation points in the area.

AVID has consulted with QFES and provided details for a secondary emergency access and evacuation route if it is ever required.

This secondary emergency access is via the Bruce Highway Connection Road construction zone. Despite work currently underway, vehicle access will be admitted only in the event of an emergency.
In an emergency, we always recommend you call 000.
