How to purchase via Expression of Interest

1. If you have registered to receive Harmony land release updates, you will receive and email prior to the land release EOI period opening with a link to the expression of interest form.

2. During the EOI open period, click the button “EOI Form” in your email. This will take you to a webpage where you can submit your expression of interest via an online form.

3. Complete all details on the expression of interest form. If you require financing to complete the purchase, a copy of your pre-approval letter must be submitted to complete the form.

4. Once the expression of interest period has ended, we will review all completed forms and will allocate available lots to successful entrants who will be notified via phone by a date detailed in EOI email communications to confirm the purchase of your block.

IMPORTANT: If you have submitted an Expression of Interest (EOI) for previous releases, please note that a new EOI is required for each new release.
