Harmony Construction Update – September 2017

Construction is progressing well at Harmony with the Sales Hub and Display World both set to open later this year and the first residents are on track to move in by Christmas.

Peter Crosby Way is now open to the public and traffic control has been removed from the entrance of this road.

The sewer rising main adjacent to the Albany Street and Bainbridge Circuit intersections was recently relocated by Unitywater. Line marking at the Bainbridge Circuit intersection has also been completed and the final street lights and concrete kerb are now being installed along the eastern side of Claymore Road.

Over the next couple of months, the intersection of Claymore Road and Sippy Downs Drive will be upgraded to include a second northbound lane on Claymore Road.

AVID Property Group has received some enquiries regarding signage along Claymore Road and is currently working with Council and the Civil Contractor to have these improved.
