Conditions of entry

1. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all attendees visiting the Harmony Display World opening event on Saturday 3rd Feb 2024 at 4.30pm (AEST) and closes Saturday 7.30pm (AEST) on Saturday 3rd Feb 2024.
3. To enter this competition, you must submit the Harmony Scavenger Hunt entry form with the correct secret code to the Harmony Sales and Information Marquee during the Display World opening event from 4.30pm – 7.30pm at Soprano Court, Palmview.
4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
5. Entry into the competition is limited to one Scavenger Hunt card per entry.
6. The competition commences on Saturday 3rd Feb 2024 at 4.30pm (AEST) and closes Saturday 7.30pm (AEST) on Saturday 3rd Feb 2024.
7. This competition is a game of chance and the winner will be determined by a random draw by the promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final.
8. The winner will be notified by telephone or email.
9. Total winner’s prize includes 1 x 5 $50 Prezzee gift cards – total value prize pool is $200. This prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If, for any reason, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter.
10. Entrants consent to the promoter using their name, email and phone number.
11. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected emails or mail.
12. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being run as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition without any notice to participants.
13. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information;
b. non-receipt of entries for any reason;
c. problems or technical failure of any kind;
d. unavailability or inaccessibility of any service or website;
e. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
f. electronic or human error; or
g. any damage or loss (direct or indirect) suffered by reason of any act or omission of the Promoter, its employees or contractors in relation to this competition or supply of a prize.

14. The Promoter can collect and use each Participant’s personal information, competition entries for the purposes of:
a. Social media, photography, filming for marketing purposes, testimonials, and advertisements about Harmony for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.
15. By participating in this competition, Participants consent to the use of their personal information as described in these terms and conditions.
16. Any personal data relating to the Participant will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection and privacy legislation, and in accordance with the AVID Privacy Policy https://www.avid.com.au/privacy_policy/ .
17. Participants may access, change, opt out and/or update their personal information in accordance with the Seller’s privacy policy https://www.avid.com.au/privacy_policy/
